A life has it's secrets,
Like a girl hiding in lies.
Living every day in pain,
With tears inside her eyes.

She wants to find some help,
And all she wants is love.
She wants to find some peace in life,
That's sweet just like a dove.

She wants to find someone like her,
That lives feeling crushed by pain.
But one thing she is scared of,
Is being left standing in the rain.

She wants to feel loved,
But not by just anyone.
Even if it seems hopeless,
She knows that he will come.

She wants to be a person,
Who will not be afraid.
She knows that God cares for her,
Because through him she was made.

Although she knows she loves her life,
She can't help but shed a tear.
Because she knows it will all end,
If she's no longer here...
