I came knocking at your door
felt relieve
to hear footsteps approach
at least i won't wait long outside
i thought,,
but i was wrong..
 
I came knocking at your door
yet nobody opened for me
though i heard cacophony
possibly from a tv
but someone lowered it's volume
til it faded..
 
I came knocking at your door
and peek through your tinted window
I removed my shoes
knocked heavily more than before
abruptly run tiptoed
as i hid myself to surprise you
 
i came knocking at your door
i realized
better yet, i should call your name
you might recognize my voice
and open it for me
and though i did
nothing happened
 
t'was tiring..
 
so i turned my back and walk away
whispering..
 
"I wish i had a key...
 
 
.. to your heart.."
