Darkness in my soul
I plead you go away
and be with me no more,
yet here you are to stay.
Haunting you have been
to cause me endless pain
broken i've become
I've nothing left to gain.
Time and time again
the light begins to show
yet slowly fades away
it's darkness that I know.
