Seeking Godly Wisdom

Receive The Word in your heart, and you’ll give Wisdom her start,
In your conduct as you live this life, while you follow Jesus Christ,
This, if Wisdom you will treasure, indeed, she’ll guide you forever,
Helping us on a path that’s right; leading us to walk in God’s Light.

With Wisdom’s discerning heart, from The Lord you will not depart,
As her discernment comes your way, she will lead you day by day;
Seek out Wisdom as if silver, and through grace you shall find her,
Seeking her as hidden treasure, when found, she’ll leave you never.

Through Wisdom one understands, where a Holy Lord God stands,
And exactly what God expects of us, as we follow The Lord Jesus,
By Wisdom, we know to fear The Lord, when His Word is explored,
As like silver is when we mine, we learn of God’s Righteous design.

Wisdom, in a world like this, allows us know God’s Righteousness,
His Righteous Judgment we can see, by God’s Justice and Equity,
Wisdom puts us on a righteous path, leading far from God’s wrath,
Saving God’s own from evil men, and their ways God will condemn.

Godly Wisdom shall lead all of us, onto a path of God’s Goodness,
Preserving us through all these days, while we lift to God the praise,
Who is the source of True Wisdom, leading men to God’s Kingdom,
His Kingdom that’s forever friend, where God’s Wisdom has no end.

Just before twilight

Just before twilight
I could smell the heat of the sun on the wind,
the garden looked beautiful through the window
and I did long for you
when the first star appeared in the dark sky,
car lights passed in the street,
the bright moon appeared
and for long moments I did wait
on your return home.

Late in the afternoon

Late in the afternoon the horizon swallowed the sun,
the flowers folded and closed there heads,
the evening star beckoned the moon
and I did think of you
and later I heard the gate open
and my heart went wild
as you did come home.

IMAGES

Bending the fluid anger, it was coming: from
anthills to natural selection, the sexual drive of a violenne;

invasive, brutal, the testosterone chasing wet thighs,
the night sweats. Kleptomania rising; castration

or helium filled masks for assisting suicides were
mutilating genes. Multiasking for eugenics? Hate and revenge

hangs a body on the turret of a tank, a wrong
for wrong. A little crown, winged pollens scattered

on brittle areola, the milky way shying away from midnight
sun. The toppled vision in blindness of a tribe

unearths the skeletons of mass murders; the
fanatics changing the face value of truths.

Images do not leave the temples.

HOISTING

A fledged reincarnation starts a carnage
before the scared skull, ribs were missing
from the pink wraps. Eye over eye opens a split

vision, to live in a shirtless thoughts, to kill
where the truth was. An accidental lover hovers over
the green breasts, full of secret grief.

All the birds on the lake have surrendered
the sun's light to extinguished nests and flown away.
The pain of yesterday now, will haunt the bride

of moon who had to abandon the baby in mud
to be watched by wolves of garlanded priests.
The tear was me, subway was me.

The skin was changing colour, camouflaged for
shame and guilt, pleading a glimpse of fire.

LITTLE TRUTHS

Deluge of criminality in the moral night;
sun was taking a plunge on the falls,
in the name of cobbled up front, for our
rise and fall in the primary casuality.

Sacred contusion, on the floor of mausoleum,
when you smell like a forgotton god, and
lie in the generosity of asylum under the downy mildew.
You cannot cry in the armless death.

History begins with starvation and murders
of innocents between the blasts. Spiders were fattening
on walls eating untangled, discarded syllables.
Punishment of defeat makes you a sex slave.

The ash smeared body must lie on doormat.

Finally Reunited

she screams in pain,
like she never felted before.

she opened her eyes...

but there nothing but darkness,
and the felling of a cold knife,
going down her spin.

she cried in pain,
only to realized it wasn't even real.

she couldn't tell anymore,
she's lost in time,
she became like a puppet.

then she saw it.

a small light,
it was getting bigger and bigger.

then the girl saw her mother glowing in the light.

she smiled,
the mother hugged her like ther was no tomorrow.

saying " sorry I'm here now"
all the girl could say was

"about time"

they walked into the light,
never letting go of her mother's hand.

then the light slowly disappeared.

Is my Soul Worth it ?

It would be unfair of me
To ask to be loved by you,
When no one asked me to love you
Yet my whole heart have I given to you...

Love comes naturally
In her time, she flows freely
Establishing high priority
To what's important to the other...

Love entails patience
She's renewed every morning.
Love's understanding
She makes conscious effort at ensuring things work daily.
Love is seen by actions
You don't just say it and expect the other to feel it.

Love doesn't boasts
You both can't love each other equally.
Love isn't full of "shit"
You make the effort to love the best nonetheless.
Love is absolutely sacrifical
There is nothing like "self" but "selflessness" in her
Love doesn't brag
She shuns self-defence so qucikly;
For the uncomfortable truth of knowing the other better.

Love is God in Himself
She's unconditional
She comes out though it won't be returned,
And nonetheless, if it is ignored.
Love is what remains when at war with the other
Not just the happy beginnings of first time mood swings.

Is my soul worth it
I shouldn't be told before my heart sees it
I ain't asking for anything though
But love is what it is....

BETWEEN HUNGER AND ESCAPE

Something was not polite in signs.
The smell of incarcerated bed of gods
was floating down.

A subdued shadow of black moon
was climbing on the window. And each
house had offered a son, to rage

a war of retribution. Malice towards
one and everybody, they were ready to cut the
hands who were holding the book.

Out of the ore comes out the gold, when
you use mercury. Vacant eyes have the
veils of tears. Dampness was melting the bones.

The mud on the face, a gift of birthday.

Even After

While on a journey I asked not for, I need The Lord so much more,
Trusting in God, I am resolved, especially with my family involved,
Through all of the trials and strife, this journey produces in my life,
True peace only God can afford, so I must trust in Christ, my Lord.

As things do appear to darken, the Truth from God I must hearken,
Not allowing any circumstance, to move me like a wave of chance,
But staying steadfast in the arms, through all the mounting alarms,
In The Everlasting Arms of God, as Christ leads with staff and rod.

I must trust in God’s Sovereignty, as God leads me and my family,
With the future shrouded by a veil, God’s plans for us shall prevail,
If God’s ways seem to be a mystery, in Christ there is consistency,
As the times now get far less clear, I cannot allow my heart to fear.

I must trust God and His Word, Whose Truth is not simply inferred,
But promises that we can receive, in trials that we’d never conceive,
This, as darker tests become our lot, whether we understand or not,
We’re still in God’s sovereign hand, even when we don’t understand.

Even if the cancer would take my life, God will take care of my wife,
While I meet my Lord in eternity, on earth God will uphold my family,
Until God’s Promise to all of us, believers in The Lord, Christ Jesus,
One day, again we will be together, in Eternity with The Lord forever.
