When the world turns her eyes away,
to gaze upon some glorious deed
or some or other magnificent site,
leaving us in her shadow
I will be there,
waiting.
My eyes and senses fixed on you,
only you...
My eyes will be daring,
my body will be begging,
burning with raw desire.
 
When the world turns her eyes away
I will lay my pride to the ground
toss away my dignity
and rid myself of self respect.
I will stand before you,
naked and vulnerable.
I will beseech you!
Liberate my darkest desires!
