When someone says i love
you
you cannot help but say
if life gets tough and crazy
will you love me anyway?
And what of the words that people say
when they want us apart?
Their words can hurt and pierce us deep
and ignoring them's a start
to happiness forever
or as long as it can last
because when it comes to love,
from it, its hard to fast
How else would you say those words to me?
Would you do it in a song
or would you say them in a poem
one thats not vey long?
So what would you do?
Would you dance or sing?
Or would you go to the next step
and give me a ring?
but the question is would i say yes?
Would i marry you?
Or could i just say three words.
I Love You.
