I've been sleeping better
But I dream of you
And all the things we used to do
Stargazing on warm summer nights
Those nights I spent with you
Listening to you play guitar for hours
Those songs you wrote about me
I miss laughing at you
As you snuck out your window
I miss laughing with you
As you ran across the lawn to meet me
When I left you, my sleep ran away
I laid restless in the dark
My mind just couldn't relax
Wrapped so tightly around you
But my body is giving in now
It's starting to shut down on its own
So I guess you could say I'm sleeping better
But I often dream of you
And the things we used to do
