Salvatore Ala was born in 1959 in Windsor, Ontario Canada. He has published three books of poetry. Clay of the Maker, 1998 (Mosaic Press), Straight Razor and Other Poems, 2004 (Biblioasis), and most recently Lost Luggage, 2011, (Biblioasis).
