In Darkness I feel as I close my Eyes,
This Emptiness it grips me Close,
With every gasp of Breath I Reach,
How much Longer until I Find,
That Place I see when I Sleep,
The Feeling of Life that fills my Soul,
The Path I seek when I am Lost,
How I wish this Night would Last,
That this dream I see would never Fade,
Why does it feel so Far Away?
But a distant Dream I wish to have,
A Hope I Cling to like My Thoughts,
To find a Place that calls for me,
To find a Heart that cries for me,
To find a World where I belong.
