Diary

I just got a note from Goldie-she is so sweet and thoughtful.  I am writing a poem but it is not done yet.  I hope that it reaches some people out there.  I miss talking to Louis...I may call him today.  I am feeling soooo much better.  My meds are working and I just feel good.  It has been ann upward struggle to feel better.  I am very strong minded and would not let a detox rule me.  If we believe in Gods power, we are safe.  I feel absolutley wonderful.  I Have not felt like this in a year........more later...Kahlia
