For years and years I have held my tongue 
I have let people control me and the words I say
But that’s not the way I things done 
So now it ends today
Today I refuse to be ignored!
Today my voice will be heard!
Not matter the hateful things I will endure 
 My words will not go unheard!
I don’t care what other people think of me
Here I am world! I will make myself known!
Though I dont know what the future holds for me
I know nothing is set in stone
But I’m still here, standing with so much pride
Pride and confidence
That I refuse to hide!
Here I am world! Don’t you see?
I’m not scared and I’m not hiding…
I just want to be me!
