Like the silence before a storm,
the rumblings before an eruption
Like the clouds before rain,
I can feel it in my spine, it has begun!

Standing at the edge of the cliffs,
I can see the shadows as they move.
I've waited for this moment since...
And now, the time has come closer.

I know I have lost once before,
But today is not that day,
I was then, a boy and unprepared
But today I am not the same.

There will be light in the dark
Flowers growing out of stone.
Clouds marching in a parade
Today will be history for tomorrow.

Today, I will fight, not to lose
Today, I will fight, not to win
Today, I will fight, to change
Today, I will fight, for a new beginning!
