I wrote a letter for you
A thousand times, I did
A letter that can cause a smile
One I desire dearly

"I miss you, I really do."
The words that end each note
The body was a fantasy
A tale of everyday

The saddest thing I ever did
I wrote these letters for you
I fight the tears with every passing word
My heart remains broken, my heart reels in sorrow

I wrote these letters for you
The words were yours not mine
But if I wrote a letter to you, it'll read:
"I love you, I need you, be mine"
