To Minette (Novelinee)

Far too quickly in you life lost its bliss,
while with time your bright memories does fade,
forgotten is your last lingering kiss
as you have left into a world of shade.
Fragile your smile brought heaven for a day,
too short its brightest angel had been mine
but all joy was at a time swept away
as your heartbeat became a solid line
and from then my life did only decline.
