Inked in 1987, this illustration had never been published until 2010, within a suite in the literary journal Orion Headless. I stopped illustrating for newspapers in 1997. This "Linearte Poem" project involves building in poems to scaffold my early line art pieces as an act of restoration, furthering dimension through ideographic stippling and hatching. Shown here is a portion of the larger work titled "If Angel Ierathel Had His/Her Casting Way".
