I laugh at death,
a smile he does bring,
as he bears his jaws.
The more I feel his breath,
the louder I sing,
grinning at his gaping maw.
For sixty, seventy maybe eighty years,
he chases after me, constantly,
rapping my knuckles, hunching my spine,
but I have conquered all my fears,
so never does he frighten me,
though my vision dims and hearing declines.
He mocks my mortality,
but I could not care less,
for he will be my last dream,
my final unrelenting casualty,
although he has failed to impress,
as he serenades time's harem.
I keep luring him in,
only to push him further away,
for I am not ready to die.
I will only deny him,
living on for another day,
saving and savouring that last goodbye!

Coffee coloured swirls in your eyes
spinning irides my morning surprise;
luscious pouting lips
taking careful sips.
Taking you into my senses
has always been a passion for me.
If only I could undress you one more time...
yet I know it will never be enough.
With a shiver of delight
you end my passion plight!
Your simple agile smile,
captures me with cunning and guile.
Your arms are a gift held forever in time.
The way you place your finger-tips
oh so gently upon the whole of me.
I so love the look in your eyes as
you slip the silk from my bronzed shoulders;
coffee silhouette framed in candlelight.
There in the soft glow of charismatic candles
sweet sighs echo of paparazzi scandals,
but in the heart of you
your aura shelters so true.
I come to you;
I walked into your arms surrendered.
No flash of cameras, no entitlements
just you, and I.
I bow my head allowing flowing blonde
tresses to be captured in your hands
as you lift my eyes to gaze into yours.
Eye to eye with only flaxen strands
to be swept away by loving hands
you are my one and only thought,
lips to lips bound by hearts is sought.
Trembling I take your hand in mine;
melded and entwined we are one.
Fevered yet tender we are surrendered
under coffee coloured skies,
alight with the whispered night,
with jewelled stars our only guide.

Sedated sunglow shines tepid and true,
Illuminating the sky's seamless, chalybeous blue,
Albino candy floss clouds do float,
Shimmering in silvery, sugared coat,
But stood on terran spherical shape,
An angel surveys the landsacpe.
She smiles and summons solar heat waves,
Where she tiptoes lush greenery sprouts and paves,
This angel coolly whistles and whispers,
Awakening in harmonic hum her slyphic sisters,
Across jade garnished hills comes a rolling mist,
That surrounds and covers her in heaven's assist.
Around her feet argent frost sparkles and springs,
Sprouting wispy, wannish, brumous wings,
Hoisting her high into welkin's domain,
Flowers turn upward to her joyful rain,
Cast and spread from flapping winged form,
Pluvial prescription in sprinkler system storm.
The ever-echo of the ascending spirit in the sky,
Sprouting all manner of living things, emeralds to the eye,
Each globule glistens with a wink of soul to befall,
Engendering solemn sentience within us all,
Scattering a gentle but vital spark from above,
Which does susurrate out her heartbeat in love.

Duskdown
(Everynight)
As you are roaming
Into twilight’s gloaming
Look into Love’s eyes
Please don’t compromise.
Have you a moment to spare,
Some time to stop and care?
With your heartbeat to share
To free me from despair?
Cast your loving eyes over me
To find my hidden beauty.
With open hands I plead,
Will you pause and heed?
Have I a chance to supersede
Your heart to let love succeed?
Hum Amore’s theme in retort
Give me your tenderest thought.
So as the early evening
Comes contriving
You must realise
Love glistens in my eyes.

Daybreak
(Everyday)
As you’re yawning,
this very morning,
you will discover,
your natural lover.
I’m held by your smile,
just for a little while,
as you playfully tease,
like a summer breeze,
tantalising me,
with your beauty.
Held in your arms,
captured by your charms,
warming me like sunshine,
here it’s always summertime,
so I’ll never be,
cold or lonely.
So early in the morning,
as the day is dawning,
I look in to your eyes,
and see the sunrise.

Do you want someone to come to your rescue?
Do you want someone to believe in you?
Someone who believes in what you do,
And sees everything through.
Someone to give you credit where it's due,
And know that what they're saying is true.
Do you believe in people, who wear a crown,
Do you believe in people, who bear a regal gown,
Do you believe in people that make you frown,
Do you believe in people that break you down?
Do you want someone to answer your prayers?
Do you want to find someone who cares?
Someone who ventures and dares,
Just to be there.
Someone who wants to share,
Their love without compare.
Do you believe in people, who play with lives,
Do you believe in a person, who never ever tries,
Do you believe in people, who you have to idolise,
Do you believe in a person who keeps up the lies?
Do you want someone you can feel?
Do you want someone who is real?
Someone who is completely ideal,
To help you heal.
Someone who will not conceal,
How much, to them, you appeal.

On a snow settled battle scene,
Death is shaded by trees of evergreen,
Last gasp breath condenses in the air,
Life gradually trickles from fleshly tear,
Mind becomes dizzy and body does swoon,
Left with vacant eyes staring at the moon,
Conscious left swirling in spiralling sky,
The whole universe spinning in my eye,
Suddenly an argent spark, a selenic scion,
Sprouts a vixen riding a lunar lion,
She comes to seduce my soul to the stars,
To wash away all my earthly scars,
Coaxed into her black asterisked cloak,
Clutching cyan coloured mane we float,
Upwards into the cosmos on the winged lion,
Which glides to the constellation called Orion,
Here my spirit collides with corporeal bonds,
Yet every fear takes leave and absconds,
As I am given life again and reborn,
This time in salient and ambrosial form,
For my earthly conflicts have earned me,
A place to walk amongst the heavenly.

There is a woman out there,
who gives out her love to share,
the pale blue sky is her iris,
and the sunshine her warm kiss.
Her breath stirs the oceans,
the tide carrying her heart’s emotions,
all the clouds rain her joyful tears,
growing her children over the years.
At night she sleeps a peaceful slumber,
so we can all dream and wonder,
while the sky is lit up with her stars,
who are her guardians and avatars.
Then when she opens her eyes,
so you can all see the sunrise,
her sun’s warm and welcoming glow,
is just her way of saying hello.
Awakening you all from your sleep,
in your heart, those dreams, you keep,
for every summer morning you will see,
that she is smiling down on you and on me!
