FREE MY MIND

Jailor with many keys.
Which one to set me free.
Inside the straight jacket mind.
Our thoughts can be unkind.
Gyrating circles, purple rain.
Images floating, dancing insane.
None of those keys will fit.
Unlock this tied soul of fits.
Churn, burn, break and fall.
Crazy images invited to this ball.
Release me from this un-sanity party.
Spiders webs are a blanket blue&hearty.
Crying tears are not wet.
Running to a sun, that wont set.
Jailor those keys-you need more.
To un-lock the sanity hiding.

GLOBAL WARMING BLUES

Water at the door knee-high.
Didn't fall from the sky.
BIG - ice-melt blues.
" Water over my shoes ".
Coastal cities-six feet under.
C02 - money mans plunder.
Floating just like-Noah.
Ice-melt like a coiling BOA.
Called up on the telephone.
MAN said, "YOUR ALONE".

There in a vision did I see.
An angel walking by me.
With the grace of God.

Only the preachers shrill.
Broken the moment spell.

FLUFFY PUPPY DOGS

Little bundles of joy.
On the carpet with toys.
Momma dog looks with a grin.
All day long they spin.
Knaw, chew, whine, and sing.
Roll around, baby barks and things.
Off in the quiet wings.
Daddy dog rests, with head sublime.
In his dreams, wishing of other times.
Yet, they roll and play onward.
On the carpet, OUT !!! in the yard.
Merry are the fluffy puppy dogs,
plus the bard.
