I lay down and close my eyes
I wash away all the truths and lies
for the day, I've been mislead for so long
sometimes I just want to stop being strong.
You used to be my best friend
but you broke my heart and now it has to mend
I tried to believe you but you threw that in my face too
I cried for a very long while
I told you I would always go the extra mile
for you always, but you walked away
so now i just hope and dream that you may
Never come back for me
because I won't be here for you to see
