Debt - Dług

Lost to a moment of delusion
A brief fantasy’s illusion
Found to hide the intrusion
Of life problem’s confusion
To inflict painful mental contusion
Leaving want for such detraction’s infusion
But reality imposed its resolution
By its rigid rule constitution
Demanding immediate payment restitution
To the almighty governing institution
Before final absolve and absolution

Remembrance 2012

Remembrance?
We hail courageous heroes of war; but for whom is the true enemy at bastion door; for each nation’s fallen soldier is a heart made sore; and to whom do the real gains amass, while the bereaved tally the deathly score?

To be of common purpose in mind; is not to be to true reasons blind; for the failings within humankind; for the atrocities inflicted upon its own kind; appeased by pageant and ceremony to remind; but in truth’s end, to repetition, it is endlessly inclined.

Spilling mental guts upon the literary floor; thousands pass but simply ignore, for their lack of interest to what may touch their shore; yet find the time to whisper ridicule and messenger to deplore; yielding incessant ignorance to reason, to endure.

Living remind to those that courageously fell
Each, their unique life’s story to tell
Now left in Poppy, to forever dwell

A Remembrance of courageous dead
Memories and tears take their stead

has ‘failure’ become this path to claim,
to render it synonymous with my name,
the quality to wit seems my fame,
that furrows the brow in dire shame,
acknowledged by another’s disdain,
witnessed by their willing refrain,
from comradre’ that doth sustain,
and if so, where truly, lies the blame?

Człowieka, ego inspirowane Tradycja, na których kultura Institution jest zbudowany;
Choć długie słupki stojące siły do cywilizowanego obecności ludzkości,
Po obecnej badania stwierdza, te fundamenty tej instytucji; rozpada.
Dziesiątki lat niezliczonych dekrety uchwalone przez kupionych wybranych urzędników
Do zapisania ich niezmienne prawa, umacniając ich spisek przebieg dominacji;
Schemat kryptoreklamy intencyjny dotyczący poddania ludzkości prawdziwego celu;
Teraz, w tym 21 wieku, ma oczywiste wszechobecne i skorumpowany warunki;
Złośliwa choroba, pozostawiony przerzuty będą wybuchać w globalnej niecywilizowanej, chaosu.

No globalna instytucja ludzkiej konstrukcji jest bez tego niszczą-barwy i skazy,
Czy to sądowe, prawne, finansowe, nawet instytucja religijna, wszyscy wydają się ulegać;
Zainfekowany przez samych objawów choroby: korupcji; manifestujących nienasycony bogactwo
Ustaw kilku, jeden-procent, do wyłącznie uzyskałaby uznanie wśród dynastycznej władzy
Że panders, z banalności troski; espousing meritum sprawy społeczne
Dla lepszej ludzkości, 99 procent; Czyj działacz, tyranów, rewolucjonistów;
Wszystkie etykiety o wypowiedzeniu subskrybowane im przez wszechwiedzący życie mocy jeszcze nieuchwytny,

Poem For Our Time: 2012 and Beyond Institutionalized Fear; Forever Absolved?

Man-made, ego-inspired Tradition upon which culture of Institution is built;
Though the long standing pillars of strength to humanity’s civilized presence,
Upon current examination, finds these foundations of such institution; crumbling.
The tens of decades of countless decrees enacted by purchased, elected officials
To enshrine their immutable laws, entrenching their conspired course of dominance;
A scheme of surreptitious intent for the subjugation of humanity’s true purpose;
Now, in this 21st Century, has manifest pervasive and corrupt conditions;
A virulent illness that, if left to metastasize, will erupt into global, uncivilized, chaos.

No global institution of human design is without this tarnish-taint and blemish,
Be it judicial, legislative, financial; even religious institution, all seem to have succumb;
Infected by the same symptoms of disease: corruption; manifesting insatiable wealth to
Position the few, the one-percent, to solely garner the acclaim of dynastic power
That panders, with banality of concern; espousing merits of social causes
For a better humanity, the 99 percent; whose activist, tyrants, revolutionaries;
All labels of denunciation subscribed to them by the all knowing yet elusive power force,
Courageously rally and rant words denouncing unrelenting, imposed, systematic abuse; and,
Who selflessly suffer the oppressive bludgeoning batons of militant, jackbooted police;
Remain resolute knowing their messages, seeded in spilled blood, are beginning to bear fruit
Advantaged by the tentacle-reach of social media technology; announcing a global call
That is harvesting an awakening of those once ill-informed and meek, to amass in assembly,
To encroach and occupy a demonstration encampment, to make their public presence known
To the Powers That Be; and, by these populations increasing globally each day; proclaim their Resistance.

Internationally the Occupy Movement is determined, with strident resoluteness and resolve,
To broadcast a global Manifesto of Change; to make known that the pervasive impoverishment of humanity will no longer be endured.
By demonstrating with loving passivity and willingness to suffer the brutal wrath of judicial and intentional, forcible eradication;
Embolden others to this incipient movement; to spawn a greater awakening of common minds; and,
A cohesive willingness to withstand, united, against the tyranny of malicious injustices to endear countless millions more of humanity
To muster the strength and courage to confront these lofty perpetrators and their contrived oppression;
Unified in allegiance to a commitment to march together armed with rudimentary sticks and stones;
Even in the face of the oppressors’ bullet fire; fueled by the true realization of their diminishing hope;
Ignoring the hollow promises espoused by political rhetoric; to offer up their seemingly empty lives
If only to pronounce, once-and-for-all, in a loud and increasingly omnipresent, proletariat voice:

Every women, man and child, young and old; will stand defiant against institutionalized, intimidating fear, forever absolved.

Psycho-Sadistic Pleasure

When vile and malicious rumors to the untrue are left to abound
It is oft the accused innocent whose life becomes mercilessly unwound
Profane and repugnant though the protagonist’s motives may be
It is to those who promulgate the un-corroborated lie, the blame must lead

This less than aberrant practice does in many cultures prevail
The mystery: the inspiration for want to instigate falsehood tales
The energy to fabricate such evil malcontent, to conspire
Would undoubtedly be better served, if spent to inspire

Yet it would appear from eon of historical record to the contrary
Humanity in all its realms of expression utilize this diversionary
To gain selfishly position of power and or treasure
Or more simply for some, joy of psycho-sadistic pleasure.

Dissention

This aberrant strength of defiance as against my peers
A strength against the most prevalent of fears
The strength to voice a dissenting opinion toward the status-quo
An opinion most avoid or are heeded, not to know

Contemporary culture has been maneuvered into complacency
Consumed by consumerism since their time of infancy
Built upon premise of promise of life virtually fulfilled
That has rendered a virtual life increasingly, electronically built

But now, increasingly, are dents appearing in the Establishments’ armor
With a growing pervasiveness of discontent and clamor
A united, proletariat voice is awakening to the social charade,
Become increasingly willing to put life on the line, to rebelliously parade

What outcome this maturing, revolutionary movement will in the end, manifest
With strength of well funded bullets and armor pointed to their exposed breast
Will be left for future history books to detail what will come to unfold
But yet again, that will be dependent on whose version of the `truth’, is ultimately told.

The art of poetry is to conjure thoughts profound
At times achieved by the mere use - of just one word
But in the end it’s to its readers to astound
Or to render it all - utterly absurd

Poetry may be reflective or devil-may-care
But for certain, it comes from being aware
The tool of its conveyance need not be exact
For it is the essence of its message – sought to extract

Hence, should one encounter a poem or two
Be certain to this to do:

     Enter with an open mind
    Read with nay, a pre-intent

    Look within its words to find
    Its essence - its nectar potent

I, author, write to express my inner thoughts
The thoughts that conjure emotion’s image
Be they emotions dark and foreboding
Or joyful treasures of happiness and love
Regardless, these verbal image reflections of my soul
I offer up freely to those whom fate guides
To find within, an insight of common reflection
That by its course, a transient moment of happiness and tranquility
