She walks with recomendation
I think about the future
"Will I ever see her again?"
She moves in a way I have seen no other
I think of the future
"I'm all too sure she will make a good mother."
She speaks with grace and the utmost delight
I think about the future
"What's it like to be with her in the middle of the night?"
She goes out the door like a bird from a cage
I think of the future
"In time you want more, like a heart on stage."
She turns around and says goodbye
I think about the future, of the lost opportunity
"I hope to see you again, to show you how to fly."
