Yehoshua ben Peleh Shim'onai

Yehoshua ben Peleh Shim'onai is actually the Hebrew transliteration of my name Phillip Joshua Jimenez. Its literal meaning is "Joshua son of Felipe Jimenez" since Phillip in my name is derived from my Dad's name. Once a hateful diss track rapper during my high school days, I had always been prayed for by my Dad. And because God's amazing grace, my Dad's prayers were answered one day when I was finally captivated by the transforming love of the Savior. Since then, I became a worshipful poet and writer. I'm now officially a recording underground gospel rapper with a Christian rap track entitled "Official Statement" as my first song. I already chose a new rap name (instead of my former rap name 'Crazy Josh') 'Ishel Eved'yah' (Hebrew 'Man of God, Servant of YHWH'). "Living in a life that will never be the same forever, in Jesus' name!" -Shim'onai :)
