Health and Ignorance...

Today my 'Blood-Presure' spiked highly. Even now it is hard for me to concentrate. This has been continous since I have started on my diet. I cannot eat much anymore, and what I do eat could only be considerd 'Junk-Food' by respectable people. I feel my sense of belonging shaking at it's fondations. For today, I push forward; hoping that the enlightenment of balance will guide me to better.
