Headed for catastrophe
Spreading the blasphemy
The lamb sleeps alone at home
The wolf is free to roam
Circling the habitat
Stalking like a vampire bat
Feasting on the blood spills
Adding to the list of kills
Screeching echoes are heard from the distance
Darkness covers existence
Lightning strikes on all sides
A deafening voice calls from on high
Bringing life to its knees
Pushing an enormous breeze
Down the backs of the infidels
Crushing the corrupted citadels
Diffusing the power
Reclaiming the tower
Defending the final hour
Injustice will cower
To the weapons
Sent from beyond the Heavens
Thirsty Devils will beg to die
Failing to reverse their lies
Falling one by one
Returning to the sun
The pleading has begun
Answering to the Holy Ghost, Father and Son
For sins committed against the light
Attempting to bury it under the night
Keeping the sheep busy with endless festivities
An unnatural death for natural abilities

We question our halo but never our horns
The rose sheds its petals but never its thorns
A word that's profound does not make a sound
Closed-eye visions are redesigning the ground
Placing blame at the feet of belief
Racing with shame, pain and grief
The word was stolen by the ruler and the liar
Fables were written in the pit of the fire
Spoken tales of fear from behind a podium
Chaotic verses that cause spiritual pandemonium
Frocks for the friars
Stocks for the buyers
Begging evil for a piece of its root
Chewing on flesh and neglecting the fruit
Truth is embedded in the minds of the forgotten
Sin is spit out because the taste is rotten
Slamming the door shut on the emotions we feel
Opening the idea that none of this is real
Afraid of death when it's merely a departure
Your walls are the target and I am the Archer
Led to the brink of extermination
Red in the face from the hostile determination
The end of your reign is coming and you know it
Leave this Earth and let us regrow it
At the mercy of the darkness of night
Descending out of reach of the Child of light

Following footprints to a place I've never been
I wouldn't let anybody accompany me this time
The door is open but the exit may not reveal itself
Dark corridors leave what's beyond to my imagination
Carrying with me a stare that made the Devil look away
Creation of my own protection
In the center of chaos
My bread-crumb trail has been eaten
The clock I wind hasn't any numbers
I could once taste your name in the water
Before the bitterness was added
Crumbling stones hold illegible etchings
Specific dates now forgotten
Lighting the torch only illuminates the snake pit
There is no safe way across
Paralyzing venom waits for the fangs to strike
Spiders cling to webs in the corners
Every victim is an unsuspecting one
The rock ceiling above me is caving in
Stalactites penetrate my filthy skin
Permanent scars remind me of where I've been
Head first into a wall I thought I'd already seen
If I don't make it out, leave me
Things are as they should be
Angels sit back and watch me slowly die
I feel confusion stepping across my thoughts
Causing a sort of migraine headache
I've got to sit down and pull myself together again somehow
After being torn apart again
Dear God please......
Wait. Never mind
This is between Death and I

The physical manifestation of a dream
These demons in control make it seem so real
Something to fight for but nothing to die for
Ah, the sweet game of ignorant bliss
A prophet sits in the shadows
Writing about broken promises
Promises stolen by the king of darkness
Revitalizd by the nectar of evil
Creating a bloodline that pumps hatred
Not angry enough to voice opposition
Pacified enough to remain silent
Human natures' course of action
History will forever be lied about
Taught by those who wanted it this way
The beginning ends and breeds new stories
Told in a way that makes the ending happy
As if it were done for a worthy cause
Forgetting about the hostility involved
Celebrating murder and takeover
Befriending only to betray
Steal the land for a selfish purpose
Feed it until they're done with it
Suck it dry and move on to the next culture to kill
Rinse and repeat
A mirage of victory made by their version of honesty
Sparing the details
The masses are afraid of them anyway
Crossing the street without looking both ways
It won't matter who's at fault when Death comes calling
