memories

i hold on to these memories,
not sure if i should let them go.
i guess i've gotten to attached to you
and i don't ever want to let go.
if i lose you its like dieing,
you've come to be such an
important person in my life
that i can't live without.
one by one the memories build up
and i have to lock them away,
cause i know that you're not
going to be in my life for a long time,
but no matter how i try,
i always remember the good memories,
memories that will soon die!

Hey I think you did a great job, but there was a spelling mistake "ii" 9th line. I thought the idea behind this poem was really nice, and there was a lot of thought involved but maybe not as much depth. Also I would try making the line size consistant just for the visual appeal. Overall i really liked it, Keep writing! -K
