A Dream by Yehudah (Jhuart Dizon)

My 'former ministry leader' *Kuya Jhuart Dizon had this dream which he told me through a series of SMS texts. And he instructed me to type it in this note. So, here it is, as told by him.

"As I was sleeping, I dreamt of the church. And it was so devastated. There were no more chairs around. Debris scattered all around the ground. The roof was almost collapsing. The stage became bare plywood, half broken with some broken candlesticks scattered on it. We had three candles. Both of us held the two of them and I held the third one which was larger than the two. **We saw above us the skies. It was totally dark; no moon, no stars. And the whole place was totally dark. So we lighted our candles and headed for the stage."

"As we were heading towards the half way of it, our candles were altenately losing their lights. So I decided to light the third one. With all the three candles lighted, we proceeded our way to the stage. As soon as we reached the first step of the stage, a strong wind blew out the two candles' lights. Amazingly, the third candle didn't! Then we looked at each other and both agreed that "the presence of the Lord is here." We again lighted the two candles. But the wind kept on blowing it away. Then I remembered the story of the burning bush. So I placed the candle on the ground and we took off our footwear. Then we began to pray. I just don't remember what we were praying about. But I do remember that as our eyes are closed, we felt a third person who was praying with us. Then He spoke to us. I still can't remember almost every word that he spoke, but I remember the last words, saying, "Let your lights so brightly shine." Once again, the wind blew, and this time, even stronger than before until it brought the both of us face down. It lasted for about 20-30 minutes. After this, we were lying on the ground, face up the sky."

"And guess what, the moon shone so brightly and the sky began to be filled with stars. We stood up and lit the two candles with the third. And they did. Then we sangs songs of praises. Over the moon-and-stars-shining above the sky."

Please pray with us for the interpretation of the dream.
