So Mad Right Now Not Even Kidding

My boyfriend is giving me the silent treatment. MY teachers keep signing me up for stuff I don't need. My college teacher is leterally trying to fail me. My mom said "oh, lets go to the pool today," but since i destroyed my dresser trying to find my bathing suit, which I still didn't find by the way, she took that away in an instant. My knee is still messed up rom something I did months ago. My bike has no brakes and a flat back tire. I had to ride the bus this morning with people who constantly stared at my damn knee brace. I forgot my sketch book at home. I have to get a shot tomorrow. My fucking "friends" are being dicks. If I tell you i'm in a bad mood you don't try to make it worse, ya know? I don't even want to be at school today. FUck this. I could probably leave right now and the school wouldn't even notice for another 2 1/2 hours. WHat is the point in me coming today. Half of my day is free periods and the other half is classes that no one gives a damn about. So mad right now. I'm a little bit away from punching the next person that wants to be a dick to me in the nose.

Something Happy

I decided something happy
was all I would need
to help me ignore
your terrible deed
so I hid with some friends
and played hide and seek
and made them all promise
to never ever peek
and I ate all good foods
until I was all full
because a full stomach
always makes me feel cool
and after all that
I took a long bath
and soaked in the bubbles
while I tried not to laugh
because after my day
I'd forgotten all about
that guy that I loved
that one day walked out.

I'm already dead

I feel like i'm slipping,
i'm loosing my grip,
like i''m holding a rope,
that someone might -clip-.

I can't keep struggling,
to hold on to a dream,
and that's all this is,
and it's rushing downstream.

It doesn't matter,
how hard i try,
or even if,
you see me cry.

Because i've lost my grip,
fallen over the edge,
and for all that you know,
I'm already dead.

What If?

What if this is a test?
This distance,
This silence,
This incompleteness.
What if this is our end?
This annoyance,
This hatred,
This need to move on.
What if we were never together?
Ignore,
Reject,
Jealousy,
Vengeance.
What if you don't deserve me?
My creativity,
My loyalty,
My love.
What if I don't deserve you?
Your bravery,
Your consistance,
Your worry.
What if this is it?

The Road Home

Once upon a time there was a Princess who wanted nothing more that to keep her Queendom safe. Her Queendom was on a beautiful island surrounded by miles and miles of ocean. The Princess loved her island Queendom and all of it’s inhabitants, but the inhabitants didn’t always love each other. The Queendom had two opposite gangs in which the princess had friends in both. The King and Queen, in fear that the Princess might get in trouble, sent her to the mainland to finish school at a different school. The Princess hated her new school and couldn’t wait to return, but she eventually got distracted by her new friends and the Prince she met while she was away. Halfway through her sentence on the mainland she received a horrible message that her best friend back on her Island had died. She couldn’t believe it and was so depressed that the King and Queen flew her back for a visit so she could say goodbye. The Princess, though sad about the death of her friend, was so happy to go back home that she couldn’t believe anything could go wrong during her visit, but it did. As soon as she saw her Island Queendom she started to panic. She couldn’t do it. She couldn’t go back to her island Queendom without her friend waiting for her. She ordered the plane to turn around and take her back to her school. Though the King and Queen were worried about the Princess they gave her her space, checking in only once every few days to make sure she was doing alright. The Princess finished (...)

College Education Essay

Essay 4: Free College Education

Though the debate over free college education may have begun in Europe in 1636, this problem causing discussion has finally made it’s way to the land of the free. The main fight over the topic of College Education is how “worth it” it is. Those against it bring up the topic of debt and many successful people throughout history never went to college such as: Benjamin Franklin, Winston Churchill, Andrew Carnegie, and many other influential figures throughout history, while those who agree with the worth of college put forth the ideas that college graduates make more money, live longer, have less children, have higher employment rates, get better jobs, have better people skills, and when they do have children those kids are more prepared for their future in education and the job industry. Back in the day, most colleges were founded and attended by only the most wealthy of the Puritan population in Colonial America until the 1800s-1860s where the amount of colleges grew from 25 to about 240, a time in which women also began to be accepted to the college attending population. Oberlin College was the first to admit women in a Ladies Course program in the spring of 1833. With all of these changes to the next level educational system so early in the history of our general education system why hasn’t the cost of education changed more than it has to keep up with the economic and monetary rise of everything else in America? This Town

This town,
it's killing me.
It's freezing me
taking me down with it
taking my heart to hell
killing my brain cells
breaking my soul so
I can no longer leave
but I promised you
and I have to
and now my heart is warmer
my brain cells reproducing
my soul rebuilding
and I can fight
this town.

my --

I sat today,
with my friends,
with my --
I can't even say it,
It's too weird,
because everytime I say it
I'm betraying you
and me
and my heart
and I don't want
to do that
I don't want him
to be my --
when I still
want you.

Night

At nine last night,
I lay in bed,
waiting for my head,
to catch up with my body.
But as I lay there,
I thought of you,
and all the things,
we did.
Its different now,
me here,
you there,
2000 miles apart.
We haven't talked in weeks,
I no longer have your number.
I've checked in on you,
and they all say,
it doesn't matter,
he's moved on anyway.
But I don't believe them,
because I Love You,
and I know you love me too
