Her Smile

It sucks the breath from my lungs,
And uses it as the wind through her hair.
It lightens the load of a deppressing day,
And lifts your spirits in a magical way.
It weakens the very muscles in my toned body,
And then expects me to perform the most physical of challenges.
It plays with my feelings with a hidden disappointment,
And crushes it as soon as it's trapped by passion.
It throws my concentration in a prison of golden braces,
And cheats it out of any hopeless chance of ever escaping.
It steals the light strait from the moons surface,
And shows it upon a pureless backdrop of neverending white.
It is known to us all as beautiful deception,
And hers' has got me trapped till the end of all happiness....
